make on each Bi-Weekly enrollment?
As an approved Mortgage Saver Broker, your wholesale
price for each Bi-Weekly Program is $95. The recommended
retail price is $395. You keep $300 on each completed
enrollment you fax into Mortgage Saver.
How do I get started?
All you have to do is to make a one time payment of
$99.00, complete a signup form and accept our agreement.
Mortgage Saver will do the rest! Once approved, you
will receive marketing tools which includes a custom
Bi-Weekly Comparison Calculator.
What happens if the borrower refinances or
sells their home?
If the borrower sells their home or refinances, we
will transfer their Mortgage Saver account to their
new mortgage at no additional cost. We also offer
a 30-day money back guarantee.
Can the borrower cancel at any time?
Yes, a client can make changes to their account or
cancel at anytime without penalty.
Are there any other costs to the borrower
besides the enrollment fee?
Yes, Mortgage Saver charges a per debit fee of $3.75.
On what day is the borrower's account debited?
For Bi-Weekly payments we debit every Friday. For
Semi-Monthly payments we debit on the 1st and the
16th, or on the 5th and 20th of the month.
